I currently work with international rugby players, professional polo athletes, competitive rowers, world-ranked Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu practitioners, and elite performers across a range of sports, As well as the general public. My approach combines detailed movement assessments and needs analysis to develop individualized training programs that enhance performance while reducing injury risk.

Set over two levels, A40Fitness features a fitness suite, aerobics studio and weights room along with fully equipped changing rooms and a large, welcoming reception area.
The fitness suite is home to a big range of cardio equipment, fixed resistant machines and a selection of benches and dumbbells. The weights room is the perfect place to squat, deadlift, press and flex. A40 Fitness has dumbbells ranging from 2-50kg, squat racks and benches making it the perfect place to workout.
