SIX STEP PROCESS

ASSESS

Evaluate baseline indicators such as strength, VO2 max, endurance, movement analysis, mobility, stability, muscle activation, posture, energy systems, resting heart rate, and personality traits.

PREPARE

Utilize the baseline performance results along with important competition dates, travel requirements, available training time, commitments to work/school/family, recovery needs, and specific goals to devise a comprehensive plan.

EXECUTE

Implement a two-phase training approach:

1. General Physical Preparation:
Address and correct strength imbalances between muscle groups that may arise from sport-specific training. Focus on developing structural strength in areas of the body that will be subjected to intense sport-specific exercises, reducing the risk of injury.

2. Specific Physical Preparation:
Enhance the specific muscle strength required for technical proficiency in the chosen sport. Emulate the dynamic and spatial qualities of the sport's technique while incorporating greater resistance.

RESTORATION
